Fees
Fees vary depending on session duration and the type of service required, such as QEEG assessment, counselling, neurofeedback, or a combination of counselling and neurofeedback. A current fee schedule is available upon request.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and are guided by the NDIS price guide.
We request that fees are paid at time of session and have Eftpos facilities available.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that our practice provides the highest quality of care to our clients, please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If prior notification is not provided, there is a 50% cancellation fee for the missed appointment. This fee does not attract a Medicare Rebate and must be paid in full before your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
**Please note that NDIS clients are required to give 1 weeks' notice of cancellation to a avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of session fee (in line with NDIS policy)
Medicare & Private Health Rebates
Medicare Better Access Scheme
If you're seeking counselling and can obtain a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a rebate. A Mental Health Care Plan allows you to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please note that rebates are only available if you haven’t already used them with another practitioner. If referred by a psychiatrist or paediatrician, a Mental Health Care Plan is not necessary; only a referral letter is required.
Neurofeedback is not currently eligible for a rebate through the Medicare Scheme.

Additional Funding Options:
NDIS Referrals
We welcome referrals from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our services cater to both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants who would benefit from services of a Mental Health Social Worker.
Neurofeedback is not currently supported by NDIS funding.
