The cost of your appointment will vary depending on the length of your session. A list of current fees will be provided on request including information on the rebate you will receive from Medicare. All fees are to be paid in full on the day of your appointment.
If you are having ongoing treatment, please register with the Medicare Safety Net. Once your family reaches the Medicare Safety Net threshold, Medicare will cover 80% of your out of pocket expenses. Call Medicare on 132 011 or visit their website. https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/medicare-safety-net
Our cancellation policy
To ensure that our practice provides the highest quality of care to our clients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the missed appointment.
This fee does not attract a Medicare Rebate and must be paid in full before any further appointments will be made.
Thank you, we appreciate your co-operation.
